Activities
Stuck at home? Want to get out into the community, meet new people and have a blast? Whether you’re a lone wolf and would like support to access the community on your own terms or love hitting the town with mates, we can support you to do either – or both!
Social & Community Access
We know that being able to manage your daily schedule is essential for a fulfilling life. IDSS Plan Management takes care of the financial administration of your NDIS Plan, freeing you to concentrate on accessing the supports that best suit your needs.
Plan Management
We assist people to undertake daily tasks in their home and develop skills to maintain their home environment. In the instance that the participant owns their own home and/or has sole or substantial responsibility for its maintenance we help participant to do basic house and yard work.
In-Home Support
Skills Development
We provide individual and group-based life skills development, money skills, public transport training and recreational participation. We can support a person to develop and maintain daily budgets, including assisting in planning purchases as well as individual training provided in the home for general life skills to increase independence.
School-Leaver Employment Services
Leaving school and transitioning into the workforce can be intimidating and we believe that all school leavers can benefit from a little help and guidance finding their path in life.
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) works with Year 12 school leavers to transition from school into employment if they have a goal or aspiration to be employed.
