Individual Support

We work with individuals and families to assist with personal tasks of daily life to enable participants to live as autonomously as possible.

Activities

Stuck at home? Want to get out into the community, meet new people and have a blast? Whether you’re a lone wolf and would like support to access the community on your own terms or love hitting the town with mates, we can support you to do either – or both!

Social & Community Access

We know that being able to manage ones daily schedule is essential for a fulfilling life. IDSS Plan Management takes care of the financial administration of your NDIS Plan, freeing you to concentrate on accessing the supports that best suit your needs.

Plan Management

We assist people to undertake daily tasks in their home and develop skills to maintain their home environment. In the instance that the participant owns their own home and/or has sole or substantial responsibility for its maintenance we help participant to do basic house and yard work.

In-Home Support

Skills Development

We provide individual and group-based life skills development, money skills, public transport training and recreational participation. We can support a person to develop and maintain daily budgets, including assisting in planning purchases as well as individual training provided in the home for general life skills to increase independence.

School-Leaver Employment Services

Leaving school and transitioning into the workforce can be intimidating and we believe that all school leavers can benefit from a little help and guidance finding their path in life.

School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) works with Year 12 school leavers to transition from school into employment if they have a goal or aspiration to be employed.

IDSS charges at the prices set in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for all supports and charges TTP rates where applicable. Click here for pricing.

"When we moved to the Bundaberg area in mid 2021, one of our first tasks was to connect our daughter, Jess, with some services. IDSS was recommended to us, and we will be eternally grateful it was! From our first meeting, we felt comfortable and connected. Jess absolutely loves each day she attends the Hub, and the one-on-one support she receives to get out and about in the community. IDSS is like extended family. A safe, engaging and welcoming place where Jess is respected and valued by caring staff. It really has changed our lives for the better. Happy to be doing the journey with you, IDSS!"
